Staff always extremely friendly and amicable!
Lovely base for discovering Los Banos. Tidy room with a big size bathroom and central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. Clean facilities, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Had pleasant 1 night in this hotel that's why I appreciated that. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, they come with WiFi as well as soap. The property was in a favourable position so close to the Black Bear Diner and many restaurants and stores and the arena in nearby Stevinson...

Reasonably large and well-appointed room with lotion, conditioner, shampoo for US$ 98. Helpful hotel employees all round. Location not far from the Black Bear Diner as well as the Sun Star. Good choice of food options not too far from the venue.

Thank you very much for a restful stay at a great price. The rooms are fairly quiet and come equipped with shampoo and soap. The price is just right at US$98. The location is particularly convenient, with Los Banos City Hall just a 10 minutes' walk away.

the breakfast was free with a great selection of dishes to choose from. i thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was cozy. location: the hotel was next to very close to food / shop / and many restaurants and stores and the arena. it also was to food places.

The price is very good. Fridge and Microwave in the room is great ! The location was very good also. The staff was very friendly.
The bathroom was a bit old, but that was OK.

It was an older structure and bare bones and somewhat run down. Not a pretty area of town.

no complimentary shampoos. Had to go to office to get blow dryer-didn't come to us. Shower and soaps were extremely small.
